- You need of Dough:.
- You need 3 cups / 250 gms of Maida (All Purpose Flour).
- You need 1 tsp of Salt.
- It's 2 tsp of Yeast.
- It's 2 tbsp of (Nido) Milk Powder.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil/Butter.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Rosemary, Basil and Parsley (chopped), optional.

- You need 1 of Carrot (chopped).
- It's To taste of Salt.
- You need 1 of Lemon juice.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Chilli powder.
- It's Pinch of Turmeric powder.
- It's Pinch of Garam masala.
- You need 1 of Green chilli (pounded).
- It's 1 tsp of Garlic (pounded).
- Prepare Handful of Coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1 of Onion (chopped).
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Cummin seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of Fresh Herbs (chopped).
Whosayna’s Veggie Rolls instructions
- Bind using all ingredients of dough with warm water.
- Then rest the dough till it rise.
- Boil peas, then add potatoes till almost done now add carrots till all tender.
- Strain water and temper it.
- In a wok put two tablespoons of oil and keep on flame.
- As it splutters add garlic paste and green chilli paste, mix well.
- Add boiled veggies and spices with lemon juice and salt and mix well.
- Remove from flame let it cool down add coriander leaves and onions.
- Make small balls of the dough and roll into puris.
- Scoop a tablespoon of filling and fill the puri and fold as you like, i did rose folding.
- Keep on greased cupcake tray, when all done glaze with beaten egg and sprinkle chopped herbs.
- Let it rise for twenty minutes then bake on 200 C till nicely browned up.
