Ingredients of Whosayna’s Veggie Rolls

  1. You need of Dough:.
  2. You need 3 cups / 250 gms of Maida (All Purpose Flour).
  3. You need 1 tsp of Salt.
  4. It's 2 tsp of Yeast.
  5. It's 2 tbsp of (Nido) Milk Powder.
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil/Butter.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of Rosemary, Basil and Parsley (chopped), optional.
  8. You need of Filling:.
  9. It's 4 of Potatoes.
  10. It's 1 cup of Peas.
  11. You need 1 of Carrot (chopped).
  12. It's To taste of Salt.
  13. You need 1 of Lemon juice.
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of Chilli powder.
  15. It's Pinch of Turmeric powder.
  16. It's Pinch of Garam masala.
  17. You need 1 of Green chilli (pounded).
  18. It's 1 tsp of Garlic (pounded).
  19. Prepare Handful of Coriander leaves.
  20. Prepare 1 of Onion (chopped).
  21. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Cummin seeds.
  22. It's 1 tsp of Fresh Herbs (chopped).

Whosayna’s Veggie Rolls instructions

  1. Bind using all ingredients of dough with warm water.
  2. Then rest the dough till it rise.
  3. Boil peas, then add potatoes till almost done now add carrots till all tender.
  4. Strain water and temper it.
  5. In a wok put two tablespoons of oil and keep on flame.
  6. As it splutters add garlic paste and green chilli paste, mix well.
  7. Add boiled veggies and spices with lemon juice and salt and mix well.
  8. Remove from flame let it cool down add coriander leaves and onions.
  9. Make small balls of the dough and roll into puris.
  10. Scoop a tablespoon of filling and fill the puri and fold as you like, i did rose folding.
  11. Keep on greased cupcake tray, when all done glaze with beaten egg and sprinkle chopped herbs.
  12. Let it rise for twenty minutes then bake on 200 C till nicely browned up.
