- Prepare 1/2 of Tinned sardines in sunflower/olive oil.
- It's 2 slice of White bread.

- Lightly toast your bread..
- Remove half of your tinned sardines with a fork & distribute them evenly on the two slices of bread,gently mashing them..
- Take a tiny amount of the oil from the tin with a teaspoon & drizzle it over the mashed sardines.
- Place under the grill on medium/high for 2-3 minutes..
