  1. Break up ground beef and put into pot..

  4. Close & lock the lid..
  5. Press the steam release valve to open..
  6. Press SLOW COOK—Normal; Timer: 5 hours.
  7. Press CANCEL (Keep Warm: On).
  8. Stir in rotini pasta and heavy whipping cream..
  9. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Close & lock the lid..
  11. Press the steam release valve to open..
  12. Press SLOW COOK—Normal; Timer: 1 hour.
  13. Press CANCEL (Keep Warm: On).
  14. Stir until well combined..
  15. Serve warm..
