- First of all wash thoroughly then soak the rice in water for at least 1 hour.
- Take a heavy bottom pan and pour a glass of water in it...
- Put the flame on and add all the ingredients mention above along with yellow food colour except rice and saffron and let it to give a boil.
- When the water comes at boiling stage, add soaked and drain water content rice in it.. Give a nice stir.
