  1. Wash rice with hot water or per boil for 5 minutes and set aside..

  11. Bring down from heat and add in remaining onions and sliced bell peppers and stir..

  13. Pour in stir-fried vegetables over the cooked rice and mix gently with a wooden spatula to avoid breaking the rice into smaller grains..
